$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libarch-perl 

libarch-perl is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libarch-perl package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libarch-perl *

You will get with libarch-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table

libarch-perl package basic information:
